The report, as filed
At 9:00 pm on Thursday October 1st, I was taking out my garbage when I saw a aircraft slowly coming towards my home, west to east, going towards Mt. Vernon. I thought it was a helicopter but then as it came to be almost above my head, I realized it was not. It was flat metal gray, almost black, it wouldn’t be easy to see had it not had lights on it. It was triangular in shape but the points were flat, not pointed. It spanned maybe 10 feet across and was 10 feet in length. It had two bright lights on the front, like headlights , and a light on each wing, I guess, one was red and one was green. Both blink opposite of the other. It was traveling at I would say approx 20-30 mph. It wasn’t fast. I yelled for my friend Cody to come outside when it was directly over me. It was very low, only about 6 feet above the tree outside my balcony. And the sound it made was that if a very far away jet. So oddly super quiet but very distinct. I saw no propellers, nothing move! d or it produced no wind at all and it stayed traveling at the same speed until it was out of site. A car driving by stopped to watch it go by as well, so technically 3 witnesses but Cody came and saw it just as it was passing over head. Not sure what it was. But it was not a helicopter or a plane, at least not any that I know exist. If it was a drone, it was a huge effing drone. We had completely cloud cover the sky not even 10 minutes after this happened.

I was driving and saw a line of lights floating in the sky. I pulled over to get my phone out to start recording a video so I can make out what is was. Then it started moving slowly and it went over my car and I couldn’t make out the shape all I saw was lights, a line of lights over the Cedar River. Each light would go in and out. It definitely wasn’t a plane or any craft I seen. Line of lights started moving when I started to record.

At 20:20 on March 28th, 2020 my husband and I were outside looking at the moon. There is a bright star to the right of the moon. In between the moon and the star I started seeing objects flying between. At first I thought they were airplanes but it was one solid light, no flashing lights and I realised I was not an airplane. Then they started coming one after another seeming to be in the same exact path going the same speed and seemed all the same distance apart. I thought maybe it was a meteor shower but then I seen a shooting star and it was closer and it had a tail. It flew in a different direction as these objects. I have seen meteor showers before and I've never seen them fly like this. I called a relative and asked them to go outside to see it and they also seen it. It lasted for about 15 minutes while I was watching but then just suddenly stopped. Although I didnt count them exactly I would guess I seen about 15 all in a row.

One appeared, and then another, and then another. This continued for roughly a minute with a new light appearing every few seconds. All lights followed the other in a straight line until visibility was lost through the treeline. Then individual lights were noticed overhead slowly moving in straight but random lines. This happened for about another minute before they all disappeared.

It was dark outside and I was letting my dogs outs when I thought I saw the International Space Station making a pass in the north sky below the Big Dipper heading east northeast. I looked up the ISS and it was not scheduled for a visible pass. I then saw what looked like satellites emanating just east of the 'pot' of the Big Dipper also heading east northeast. These satellites were appearing every 1-2 seconds. I called my wife to see this. We must have seen 40 - 50 lights. The lights then started appearing with a longer time gap between them. We also saw another 10 - 15 lights emanating in the west sky and going the same direction. The lights were not flashing and just looked like satellites. This happened for probably 15 minutes. I tried filming this with my phone video camera and another video camera but it was very hard to see them. I have never seen anything like this before. Did anyone else see these lights?
