The report, as filed
I thought I was taking photos of the passing space station but through my viewfinder, it changed colors and slightly changed shape. I just saw a video from Erik Delgado, seasoned pilot, which was recorded August 10, 2020, 9 days prior to the photos I took. I just realized that maybe it wasn't strange photos I took of the space station passing by as Pilot Delgado's video footage from FedEx Flight FX82 looked identical to what I witnessed and photographed.

This object looked like a star at first, however, it bobs and weaves from left to right, then up and down and sometimes does small circles. Its go me totally baffled. From my home which is located at 43˚6'12"N 71˚6'36"W and looking 150˚ about 30˚ upward, there is the strange irregular moving 'star'.
