Unknown over Brighton (UK/England), EAST SUS · United Kingdom
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
My initial sighting caught my attention as the lights were small but so bright and were at a distance of approx 2 miles. They were low to the top of the hill and initially flying in a line equally spaced apart. After approx a minute 2 of the lights in an instant moved forward then back behind the other two lights. I found it quite disturbing as it was not a natural movement and I knew straight away I had witnessed an unexplainable phenomena.
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #166167). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

What would the paper say?

Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
