Object seen in the Netherlands. Object was cylinder shaped movement rotating horizontally Was figurering out what i saw i almost forgot to make a picture, but when i took the pic the object was to far. I got the original pic and a screenshot of it zoomed, the fragment is useless but perhaps it helps
