The report, as filed
As above: low, silent, dark shape seen after sundown but before it was full dark. It was heading in the direction of Newtown Square. When I got home I tried to look up the shape of the thing on the web, and found that one just like it had been sighted over Sidney, Australia in about the same 24 hour period.
