The report, as filed
Dark, cloudless, morning sky lit up like lighting flashes for a few seconds. Reviewed wildfire cameras and could see Bright object had traveled from south to north at low elevation. No audible sound of aircraft was heard. Video footage from the cameras became non retrievable, as in the videos would not show anything after 03:30, or would fail to load specific cameras that recorded objects flight path. Reviewing of any available videos after 12 hours later shows no light/craft traveling at all. Cameras are made available to view by Nevada Seismological Laboratory...

I was outside and happened to glance to the west of windsor focusing ona peculiar light. At first I thought it was a star but was alot brighter than anything in the sky. As I continued to stare at the light I noticed rays of light illuminating from what looked like a sphere. I noticed faintly that the center was darker almost looked like a dark sphere inside . I counted 9 rays shooting out of the sphere. This lasted about 20 mins and it was still the whole time but was slowly either fading away or traveling further than I could see. Eventually I took a video on my phone with not that much detail and took some pictures on my hi definitely camera. The results were very interesting to say the least. I'm glad I saw what I saw. Feel very lucky to have seen something like this.

Observing what looked to be a full moon on 3/21/19, I started taking pictures with my iPhone. My iphone camera was set on the “Live” setting when I started To take pictures. Each time I’d raise my camera to the moon a blue object would appear darting back & forth and up & down at times. The object started as a tiny dot then to a tiny streak of blue light. I continued to take picture after picture the blue dot streak still moving about changing its shape. After a while of this I went inside garage to enlarge a few pictures. There are Many different pictures all with movement (Live) two or three pictures are saucer shaped & when enlarged look exactly like a blue flying saucer. Almost forgot to mention, while in the garage, each time I’d raise the camera, two blue lines would appear in the shot. Sometimes they were upright in position other times horizontal but always two. I can’t make sense of what was happening that night, so I am reporting it. I do have photos of what took place in the moonlit sky on 03/21/19. Thank you. Witness provides no contact information. PD

Pulsating light low on horizon in E/SE ~0330 PST. This was during peak viewing for the blood mood. Probably 30 degrees above the horizon. I had thought it might be sirius, but the object exhibited clear, very pronounced movement in all directions - moreso on the Y axis. I even tried a few exercises of placing a firmly planted piece of wood to block the image out and eliminate the possibility of the movement being an illusion/autokinesis - only to have it emerge on one side or the other several times. Observed also through binoculars and green-red-blue pulsation and movement was more defined. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
