The report, as filed
A bright circle that appeared roughly in the same spot at the same for two nights in a row. Object was twice the size of a star but not as big as the moon. It did not blink and on occasion would move slightly to the left or right. Object would slowly fade away to not be visible and then reappear moments later. Did not reappear after the two hour duration.
