The report, as filed
Around 7:45pm CT I went to my back yard to let out my moms dog. When looking to the west over my back fence I noticed a strange bright light. It was significantly brighter than other stars in the sky and was not moving like an airplane. It was the only strange object that I noted. Other lights in the sky appeared to me normal stars and an airplane. I have video of it along with with it zoomed in. I also tried to get video of other stars to show the contrast and have a second video where there is a plane in the sky and I then show this strange light. When zoomed in it appears to be a circle that appears to be spinning. But I recorded it on an apple iPhone 8 Plus. I then went out about 3 hours later and took a quick video to show that the light is no longer present. After my initial video I didn’t stay and watch it. So I do not know exactly when it disappeared but it was gone 3 hours later and I have a short video to show that. I also have some pictures as well as the 2 videos noted.

We were sitting on back porch the object approached from the west moving east. It appeared like a plane with landing lights flying in cloudy or foggy sky but the sky was clear I stayed out afterwards and all planes that flew a similar area were clear and lights could be made out clearly. As it moved along without sound a large line like a projector appeared in front of the object but did not move as the object did when it got to the line the object appeared to go into it and disappeared. Craziest thing I’ve ever seen a few moments after it disappeared there was a bright flash like lightning from the same area. SpaceX launch from Florida [NUFORC annotation: Rocket - Probable]

As I walked out to the back yard I saw what appeared to be an aircraft approaching from the south-west travelling to the north-east at a very high-rate of speed (faster than commercial or military jet aircraft, approaching perceived comparable space shuttle reentry speed). The object moved in, out, and above of broken / scattered cloud cover illuminating the clouds as it passed over and through. The object passed almost directly above and continued along its path but then abruptly turned to the left in a semi-crescent path before returning to straight line travel. The object then slowed and moved from left to right and dimmed before brightening again and then continuing along it's original path. The object brightness faded as the distance increased until it was no longer visible. Observation through a spotting scope at the end of the sighting did not reveal any physical aspects other than the fading light intensity.

Saw it, thought it was a tower, I got closer and it got brighter, you could then see the triangle shape, I took a pic while driving, It then went with me towards my destination, as I got out, it just Kinda kept moving slowly. It would settle (seeminlgy) in one place from time to time.

I"m a 15-year resident in this part of Texas, my home sits upon a hill overlooking miles of Texas terrain, I'm familiar with everything in the night sky as I always stand and watch aircraft go in and out of DFW. Last night there appeared a glowing green to red object stationary in the night sky, then it would move from one location in a straight line, with no sound what so ever, then ascend straight up, stop, then descend to almost ground level. It would rise again slowly move in westardly direction as if it was looking for something.I'm a disabled veteran photographer who saw and document this same event while stationed at Wurtsmith AFB, Oscoda Mich in 1974. Myself, SSgt Lee and MSgt Kerns witnessed and photographed 5 such hovering objects over the flightline glowing green to red as this one did. I considered this to be an observation craft then, and judging from this mornings sighting, this was the same type craft.

Well, traveling northbound on Lake Forest heading towards El Dorado Parkway. I observed a cigar shaped object in the sky that was illuminated. It was high on the horizon, and it suddenly descended rapidly. I continue to observe it until Lake Forest and Meadowview Road, and it was suddenly surrounded by anywhere between 6 to 8 helicopters. My daughter was also with me and observed this and we both looked at each other and said what the heck was that. Then went below the horizon. It was no longer observable, but the helicopters were clearly visible in the sky.
