The report, as filed
Large aircraft like vehicle with 4 bright whiteish blue lights that created triangle shape. Hovering at altitude lower than jet, much larger than any passenger or military jet have ever seen. No movement or sound. Over own field near parallel to M-14. Perhaps apx equivalent of 40 stories off of ground Did not move for the full 1 minute at least as approached and passed. Body was very dark/ couldn’t could make out body texture.
