The report, as filed
I was walking out of the apartment complexes at about 9-9:05 that are right behind the Ogden Athletic Club. I saw something very slowly hovering in the sky. it was well below the clouds. As I struggled to see it car lights or something hit the object and it illuminated it just enough to see it was like cylinder shaped. It was the color of a magnet (Like the ones we used to play with as kids). It was just very slowly gliding. Then I got ushered into my Uber.

One flying light looked like a plane flying over, but it look so high, but we thought could it be that high, looked easily 33,000 ft. But as we continued to look at it and watch where it was headed too, but then it randomly stopped. Then another light that looked like a plane came and joined the other light, then they started to move in circles, like the dots in an Ying and yang. They started to revolve around Escher other spinning faster and faster, until they took off in the air. They went straight up, and disappeared...
