My sister and I were traveling to Chelsea. Driving on E66 we were at the intersection of E66 and T ave seen a row of 10-12 bright circular lights lined up in a perfect line. They where close to the ground and where probably as long as a semi or if not two semis. They stayed there for a unknown amount of time and could be seen a couple miles away on 360th street and s ave.
