My boyfriend and I went for a night hike like we normally do on Fire trail in Castro Valley and when we got to the piece we noticed a large bright orange circle in the sky it was above the hilltop and the planes flying in were so very little compared to this orb we can to ponder what it was and suddenly there was three they hovered in a V formation they change colors very rapidly they pull stated they were very bright they were much much larger than any aircraft flying into the airports and you can clearly see that in the videos day at one point blue and absorbed one another and then came back out of each other and flew around each other and they stayed there pretty much the whole time we were walking about 25 to 30 minutes we immediately when we noticed that there was more than one and that it definitely wasn't a plane we took out our phones and tried to document anything that we could and the distance from us to the crafts I believe is over 10 miles so they were quite large

A strange craft in the night sky with white and colored lights is just hanging over southern Alameda county. It is not moving but high in the sky.

Tonight while driving home from work, I spotted a Big Triangle shaped object. I saw three lights, green, white, maybe yellow moving slowly by Hwy 580/238.

I reported this same exact siting about a year ago. The object is at the 2 o'clock position next to the moon. The object is an orb-shaped object that is metallic, reflecting sun light. It is not moving at all. I expect it will remain all afternoon as it has this morning. My wife and daughter also witnessed it. I can see it with the naked eye but appears to be very high up in our atmosphere. Tried taking a pic but was not able to get a good quality shot. It flew from one side of the sky to the other side in about 2 seconds, then did a 45 degree turn and took off over the Pacific Ocean.

The lights on this vehicle were observed and seen when it turned toward left oblique. The colors were as white, red and blue, and the second craft disappeared quickly, moving toward the western horizon.
