This object will light up on the left move to the right while dimming and brightening then disappear to reappear back on the left and moves right til disappearing again. Does this repeatedly.

Appomattox, VA
Above that was a strobing color-changing (red, blue, green, yellow) object. Curved shape. Unmoving. Was there for about 10-15 minutes. Went to get a camera and they were gone.
