The report, as filed
Driving down the highway 89 circle light appeared from behind (not another cars headlight) one single large light like from a motorcycle. Light appeared about 100 yards from behind and raced up to be right on my bumper in a matter of 1 or 2 seconds. I heard no motorcycle engine. While the bright light right on my bumper, another car approached from in front of me going the opposite direction. As the car approached the light from behind me faded into the far distance just like it raced on to to tail me. Happened twice.
