The report, as filed
We I saw it what appeared to be an object white in color with a reflective type coating decende from high in the clouds. It was in the shape of the letter v and appeared to be moving at a very fast rate at a 45 degree angle. It was like a reflective flash and suddenly appeared to have stopped, in mid sky still well above the trees. Then it suddenly left out of site as quickly as it had appeared. At first thought I thought maybe it was a meteor. But, there was no tail, no smoke nothing. Nothing crashed. No Sound. The area is open farm land for the most part. Trees in the distance. Nothing else appeared after it vanished. I was on a live stream using periscope and it shut down my cell phone signal when it appeared, and periscope lo led up. I am using Verizon cell phone service. Samsung phone.

My son and I was outside enjoying the night sky. We were looking for consolations and noticed a what appeared to be a white Mass object in the sky. The mass object suddenly appeared to suddenly expand into a large circle that was continuously getting larger and larger and was coming toward us. We continue to watch it for about 5 minutes before my son got so scared he started to cry and beg me to go inside to get away from it. After going inside we no longer monitored it. I have watched the night sky throughout my life multiple times and have never witnessed anything like this at night time before ever.
