The report, as filed
On the evening of July 6, 2019, at around 1800 hours, I was doing a photoshoot with a model on the roof of a hotel in Coralville, Iowa. I was primarily shooting to the northwest with a partly cloudy sky. The goal of the shoot was to get the model with a nice cloudy background in the shots. When I arrived home in Des Moines, Iowa, the next day, I noticed an unusual object on one of the frames. As I began to look at more frames, I noticed the object was moving throughout several of the images. I also noticed the object had a companion. Both objects interacted with the clouds at their base. For the most part, the objects were circular, but in the first few frames one of the objects had an oval shape with a pyramid shape within the oval. Neither I, or the model, noticed the objects during the shoot. I have enclosed a pdf file with several slides detailing the event.

I saw weird things floating around coming and going to this main ship. It was so odd that looking the ship that was seeding drone to to pick up stuff.

I saw a black sphere travel for approximately 45 seconds in a completely straight line until out of sight. This was shortly after 11 AM and there were no lights on the object. It was quite far away from me. It was about the size size of an M&M held at arms length. I would guess that it was several miles away if not further. There were other commercial jets in the sky that I could compare it to. It was well below the cloud cover and other plane traffic lines.

reddish formation of lights, arch shaped, maybe 8-10 total lights. Low altitude, moving slow...too slow to be a plane or heli. Turned off radio and rolled down windows and kept looking at them to the right in the sky. NO SOUND. Weird. What were they? Was driving home to North Liberty from Coralville on 965
