I heard people shouting on the street below. When I went to my balcony to investigate I noticed a bright circular light coming towards me from the South just below the clouds. It was a slow moving continuous bright light without flashing which is why it caught my eye. After about 5-6 seconds it suddenly curved upwards into the clouds.
