Triangle over East Hanover, NJ

Partly Sunny. Junction Rt 10 and Ridgedale Ave. Near Novartis Building. Driving West On Rt 10 East Hanover. Saw a triangle to my right heading South very low and slow. Elevation 500 Ft. Speed 100 Mph. Craft Size 150 Ft each side. Shape was perfect triangle. I opened my drivers window, stuck my head out and looked up at the triangle as I was sitting at a light waiting. Deep Black colored on the bottom. No indication of landing gear seams or bomb door seams. In the center of the triangle was a round, recessed area with a White light. About 4 feet around and 4 feet deep. Brightness in the recessed area was bright but not excessively. Nothing remarkable was noted in the recessed area. There were no "marking" on the triangle and no sounds. I could not confirm any air turbulence emanating from the back center of the triangle. After passing over low and leaving my sight. I went thru the light and continued Westward. I saw the triangle from the back. The triangle not far from the Novartis Building probably less then 1000 Ft from the building. Almost dangerously close ! After passing thru the light, I saw the triangle one more time, banking at about a 20 degree angle and towards the West. By this time it was maybe slightly higher and about a half mile away. I did not get a long view of the top of the triangle as I was now driving in traffic. The top of the triangle was a dull grey, with slightly raised area towards the center. No cockpit or windows were seen on the top. There was no marking or lights on the top.
