Cigar over Fulton, MS
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
I witnessed a stationary silver cigar craft about 2 miles in the distance. It appeared to be 500 feet above the ground. Object was approx. 50-60 feet in width. It stayed stationary for 1-2 minutes, then moved at an extremely slow speed moving from east to west. I lost sight of it once it hit the clouds in the distance. It was not a helicopter or a drone. It made no noise and did not show any exhaust system.
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #147029). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.

What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
