The report, as filed
I was on 695, towards White Marsh Blvd. It was nighttime and I could see an unidentified light in the sky. The further I drove, I realized how close I was to it. The best way I could describe it was a flying object with multi-color, sequential and changing LED lights. The lights changing colors was hypnotizing. The ufo was low enough for me to realize I was driving under it, and then past it. It was slowly hovering over the highway.

I went outside around 1130 pm to have a cigarette. At first I thought I was admiring the moon until I noticed how low it was, and that’s when I started seeing movement. Very bright, slow moving and silent. Moving slowly across the tree lines. It looked like multiple shapes combined into one formation, about 5 different shapes. All extremely bright. Triangular sort of shaped object with one light on each side of what I would call wings like on a plane. The object was dark and hovering just above the apartments. The area is dark but we saw that it was large. Traffic moved and so did we. At the time the object was still there.
