The report, as filed

While sitting in the jacuzzi on a very clear night with the jets of the spa on, facing north, three orange-red glowing egg shaped orbs appeared. They were not clear, but as if you were looking through water or a haze, very dimly lit and blurry. They moved slowly from east to west changing positions (not staying in a uniform pattern, but staying close together). Then they headed north and slowly disappeared. I could not tell if the produced any sounds due to the spa being on. Total time was about 30 seconds.

I was finishing up working on my wife car when I notice Two white lights in the sky right next to each other. I ran inside to get my wife so she could see em ,the lights were blinking stayed in the same spot for about 15 minutes or so , then stared to move north in the sky it didn't make any noise. This lights wasnt a plane etc. These lights where too bright. After it disappeared the dogs throughout the neighborhood were howling strange. It was odd like as if they were howling circle around me but from a distance from me. I've never seen anything like this. 2 circle slowly blinking big bright lights

It was made odf something resembling a shiney alloy. It had two lights both were white. It could have been around for a few minutes, but I watched it for 3 minutes. It changed altitudes and swirved around.... Another car stopped to watch too it was odd. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
