The report, as filed
On the seventeenth of February, at approximately 14:43, I was working on my taxes on the computer and I heard what I thought at first was rain but it got to be very loud, so I opened the front door to look outside and it was hailing pretty hard. It continued to hail until approximately 15:00. I decided to take my dog out, was curious what he would think of the remaining hail on the ground, and nothing else seemed out of the ordinary at the time. Once my dog and I came back in I took a peak out the back-sliding glass door and the clouds with the sun looked really gorgeous. So, I decided to take some pictures at 15:13 exactly. I took 6 pictures facing West from my back yard before reviewing them with my LG V40 phone. I saw this little black triangle and zoomed in the best I could and I started seeing it most the pictures. At the time I could not see it as clearly on my phone, but it might be almost cone shaped, or rounded. I thought maybe I would catch something else if I took more photos and videos afterwards at 15:15 and later but nothing else showed up. I was curious to see if anyone else reported anything strange in the area or possibly was able to get a video or more evidence of what it was or could be. I marked that there may have been 2 objects. There is a green orb that definitely looked out of place, but I didn’t really notice it as much on my phone, more so on my computer monitor. It definitely shows up in 3 of the pictures. I know it is a phone camera but my phone actually has 3 different lenses in the back and one is a telescopic lens so the pictures are pretty decent. I hope this helps with evidence. I did not see the objects directly, only in the pictures and they or it seemed to maybe be towards Pena Adobe Park.

I was walking my dog and noticed a strange object in the sky. I wondered if it might be a weather balloon or test military craft as I live near Travis Air force Base, but I’ve never seen anything like it before nor have I seen anything like it after. When I zoom in, it almost looks like a “Z” shape, but not quite. It was not fast moving, on the contrary, it seemed like it was barely moving at all. I did not stay to observe it because it appeared to be far away and I did not have the tools to provide a clearer view of the actual object.

I was in my backyard stargazing as I had heard the Perseid meteor shower was still going to be visible until the end of the month. I actually viewed several a night over the past several nights leading up to Aug 18th and I'm 51y/o so I have seen my fair share of "shooting stars" in my life. My eyes were acclimated to the dark sky as I had been outside looking up for about 40 minutes prior so more and more stars were coming into focus and in my field of view. I then saw what I thought was a shooting star but it took a 90 degree turn went a distance while slowing and then made another 90 degree turn before it accelerated and faded out. I literaly didn't believe what I had seen. It was at a very high altitude. Looked like a star in the sky making turns. So weird. I'm one city away from Travis AFB in northern California so I've seen plenty of military aircraft before and this wasn't one of "Ours". It moved at a ridiculously fast but smooth speed and then changed direction on a dime and appeared to slow down but then sped up and changed direction at 90 degrees again. The entire event lasted maybe 2 or 3 seconds. I will never forget it. It's been bothering me for nearly a week now. What the hell was it? Drones can't operate that high right? And at supersonic speed?

Oval ring/disk like shape spinning and moving. Was NOT a airplane, or a helicopter whatsoever.

While driving my son noticed a black cigar shaped object above/over over the moon - i pulled over and we watched it move slowly from top of moon to left side - it was very difficult to see but the moon reflection highlighted it enough to make out a cigar shaped object - we both took pictures with our cell phones but the object did not appear as black but instead came out as a bright object off to the left side of moon - it just disappeared after approximately two minutes of viewing - was an amazing sight to see. Pictures sent to website below from my phone.

I was taking the trash out and looked up at the clear night sky when suddenly my eyes were immediately drawn to these 5-7 orange/red lights in the sky. These lights were all the same size and were in a perfect V-shaped formation heading west to east just over Vacaville, CA. These lights flew straight over my head and were moving extremely fast. I first thought that perhaps the orange street lights were playing with my eyes with a glare or something, so I ran into the middle of the street to see if anything would change but nothing changed whatsoever. These objects were roughly 3000-5000ft in the sky . I suspected that this could be some type of military aircraft but the thing that made it clear that these were not military was how silent these crafts were. No sound whatsoever, just lights. This is my first UFO sighting and it matches how everyone else describes these crafts.

Dec04, 2020, 1813hrs. Vacaville, CA. While walking my dog, I looked up to see 75-100 lights moving from West to East across the sky, parallel to HWY 80 in California. Approx 5-10 miles North of it. The lights, from my angle, were the same size and brightness as Saturn is right now. They were traveling at slow speed. They were in-line formation. For the most part, they were almost the all the same distance from one another, in line, for the exception of 4-5 which were above or below the line. They traveled at a speed similar to a small-engine plane. By the time they flew over (approximately) central Vacaville they disappeared one by one, once they arrived to the exact same location in the sky. The Travis Air-Force Base is close-by, and so is the Nut Tree Private Airport. We are used to many different aircraft here, and have NEVER seen this phenomenon. No other aircraft was seen in the sky at this time. This was witnessed by myself(walking my dog) as well as my family(from my house around the corner)
