Time not given, but prior to sunset at 5:47 PM. Witness was on his front porch smoking a cigarette, waiting for his daughter to return from a walk. As he bent his head down to light up and then looked up he saw the moon, and there it was, not a star, but it was an object coming down very very slowly. He dropped his cigarette on the ground, rushed into the house to grab his cell phone sitting on a little table by our front door, then rushed outside and started filming. It was not lit up by light's in any way. It shinned like when the sunlight reflected off foil, (probably reflecting sunlight) It would come down, then stop in the sky, come down more, then stop. (Pendulum motion?) It did this like four or five times, then came down very quickly and disappeared heading towards the lighthouse and ocean. He lost sight of it after it came down behind some tree's. (MUFON CMS, 97785, UI)
