The report, as filed
There was a cloud layer as well. The clouds were fairly low that night. Only reason I even saw it and was able to make out its shape. I was standing outside and staring out into the sky as I do many nights. The flying V just happened to cross in my field of view and caught my attention. It was visible for about 10 seconds before I lost track of it in the dark. No lights at all at any point, and no sound! Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

Photo time stamp 3:25PM Sat. October 12, 2019. Taken one photo showing a large circular draft disturbance in cloud overcast. Area of photo shoot mile marker 54 Interstate 94 North Dakota. Reviewed photo around lunch time October 15, 2019 Noticed an image with a con trail not seen at time of photo shoot. That is all witnessed.

I am a truck driver seen bright flickering fireball dive almost straight toward the ground. It started out bright orange or amber and right before it disappears. It turned bright green. Object was quite large. Larger than a flare. Object was seen directly west maybe slightly southwest.
