The report, as filed
Was driving back to Seattle from Portland so headed north got to the dyke access area when I saw something down the way hovering. It looked triangular by the yellow lights, it looked like it was hovering and spinning in a circle like a microwave plate. The lights started to dim on it, like it was turning invisible. It wasn't far away from the road at all. Looked bigger then a plane. I was driving the speed limit is 70mph, so I couldn't stop or turn back around unfortunately.
