Changed to flashing white light when next to the storm then dropped really fast towards the ocean. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Yes it occurred on the 17th around 19.55. I have no doubt it was a ufo, I'm amazed and never seen anything like it. ((END ADDENDUM)) Witness does not indicate a date for the sighting event, so we have assigned a date. We have sent an e-mail to the witness, and may amend the date above at a later time. PD
