On hwy 108. Me and one female was driving and saw two round white moving objects flying low in sky. We continued to drive and noticed how much lower that the flying objects got before flying back up and disappearing in the clouds. I won't forget the confused state both of us was in, it's unexplainable. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
