The report, as filed
tonight i seen a orange cirlcle thing hovering in the sky about 6 storys high and half a mile away perfectly still for about 20 min then all of a sudden it disapears then about 3-4min later it reappears again only higher and about 1000ft to the left hovered for 20min again then disapears and repeats about 4 Times getting higher and more to the middle of the sky. and this is the same orange circle thing i seen on the 4th of july in the same starting place but i didint pay attention to it the first time but today i did and i want to know what is it.

We were outside viewing the meteor event that night (note: it definitely was NOT a meteor or related phenomenon) and was 100% after 10pm, and before 10:30pm. Approx. 10:15pm Three triangles (either three objects in formation, or a singular object with three triangles at the ends best described similar to “the triforce” symbol) travelled from the south to north ward direction. There was no noise, no lights, and travelled a consistent but extremely fast speed across the sky. I would call the triangles a dark gray, while my daughter said she thought they were black.

At 5:45am PST near Sacramento I went outside looked up at the sky and witnessed an on going stream of lights that looked like stars moving slowly across the sky north to south, they were evenly spaced, in a perfect line no pulsing light just a very steady light. I went inside grabbed my camera and recorded it for over 38 seconds but my phone shows nothing but darkness. It wasn't satellites nor was it any kind of plane. it actually looked like a line of stars moving slowly across the sky. I saw at least 40 of them

Blue/White lights observed from the south. Proceeded north directly above us and disappeared in the distance. Multiple craft with constant blue light and an intermittent white light flew around one another and moved in every direction while on the northward course. Craft were silent and moving at a high rate of speed (though the distance is not known). The only rational explanition would be small, low flying and silent drones being flown as a squadron. The shuttered McClellan AFB is located nearby.

I saw a flash, as bright as perhaps the size of 50 small stars combined. It flashed in a white blue color. Unmistakably huge. Not less than 15 minutes later, I see this same vivid blue white color zoom from my right to left low in the sky, and disappear within a very short amount of distance, again within less than 1 second.

Hovered silently for about 15 minutes then slowly moved south, until it disappeared behind trees from our view. The all white lights were very very bright... I have never seen anything like this object on my 59 years ... Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
