The report, as filed
Driving down a road, I turned towards the driver of the car to say something, as I was in the passenger seat. I jokingly said that tonight is a perfect night to see a ufo, the driver didn’t believe in ufos. As I turned back to look out the window, we saw a white light in the sky, we thought it was a plane. I made another snark comment and as I was saying this, more lights showed up next to the original light, it stayed in place. There was one light on either side of the original light and both lights were blinking but not the middle light. I asked the driver and the person in the backseat if they saw what I was seeing. They said yes and stopped the car. All of a sudden, more lights showed up and they stopped blinking. You could see the outline of the craft, a circular shape but it blended in with the evening sky, it was almost invisible as you could say but the lights (about 8 of them) and the outline was all you could see. It all happened so fast too, as soon as it was there it was gone and now the skeptics that were in the car now believe. I wish I could see it again it was amazing! I was driving my children to school when we witnessed an oval-shaped, bright, silver-white object in the sky. We had stopped at a traffic light and watched the object moving north. It was west by southwest from our location and appeared to be moving over the mine tailings that are west of I-19. The object moved north a short distance, then changed shape. As it changed shape, it “sandwiched” into a flat line then vanished. My son and daughter witnessed this with me. My son said “that has to be a UFO!”. At the time of the sighting, it was daylight, with clear skies.

3 "lights" (constant illumination, not blinking) moving in unison in triangle formation across east sky approximately 45 degrees up from horizon, moving from south to north roughly. I was not able to determine if there were 3 separate craft or one craft with 3 lights.

I saw with the naked eye lights in the sky on what someone would say in an oval craft. They were lighting on and off around the craft. Now and then something distended from the craft. I took many pictures. On the pictures there are three distinct shapes that look equally apart in terms of distance. First the orange tubular orange shape. It got long, short, bright. Whatever is inside was spinning as seen on video. Second is a dark gray shape. You must enlarge to even see it. The inside of this shape was spinning. The third shape started as two white circles. Then in the middle and even brighter bite line displayed. The circles turned into a comma shape and was blue, white, yellow. I was looking out a side front window. Lasted for an hour. We spoke via telephone with the witness, and she seemed to us to be quite sincere and sober-minded. We are awaiting copies of photos she took of the object. PD

Saw the exact same lights high in the sky that I reported on the 9/21/2017, in the same small area of sky. Random white flashes of light of differing intensity in a small patch of sky. The lights did not proceed across the sky as an aircraft would but stayed in the same small circular patch of sky. The moon is too bright tonight to see if the location is the exact same place as I saw them before in relation to the Milky Way, but I'm sure it's close. The event only lasted a few seconds this time. Immediately after I saw the lights, I saw the tiny, faint light of a satellite move across the same area of sky and immediately after the satellite, I saw a shooting star go across the sky from north to south. The strange lights are much brighter in intensity than the satellite but I get the impression that they are very high in altitude, much higher than an aircraft would be but I'm not sure if they are out in space or still in the atmosphere.

My dog wanted out and all the dogs in the neighborhood were barking. Saw an orange light, like a roman candle, appear above the west horizon and fade out. Then a bright shooting star. Then a white wisp of light shot across the yard like a ghost. Then to the right of the Milky Way in a dark patch of sky, I saw a light flash and thought it was a plane high in the sky. I waited a couple of seconds and it appeared again in a different spot, then it appeared in another spot and kept doing that but was confined to that one dark patch of sky. It didn't progress across the sky as a plane would have. It must have flashed for a few minutes like that and then nothing. Later I saw a couple of jets from Davis Monthan AFB flying back to base. Also saw a sputnik (as my Granddad used to say) before I saw the strange lights.
