The report, as filed
I was driving westbound on I-94, I believe near Black River Falls, when I noticed far in the north sky a fairly large object with gold lights flying. It was too far to make out the shape, but looked way bigger then that of an airplane. Moments later I see another big triangular shape object coming from the north heading south. This object had many gold lights. My first thought was possible drone, but this was way too big to be a drone, and I don’t believe drones have lights. Being on the expressway, I did not want to pull over, but I did get a very good look at this object as I slowed down to witness. It appeared to be traveling a little slower then a jet plane would be as it lands. As the object flew over my vehicle, I would estimate that it was perhaps three or four hundred feet in the air, but I could be off with my estimate. I would say it was about at the height in the sky as a jetliner would be about 45 seconds from touchdown landing.

A coworker and I were standing out back of hardees and witnessed a bright orange, triangular shaped craft weave through the sky being followed by a military jet. We witnessed this craft maneuver UNDER the military jet and then simply disappear. This craft was so oragnge, and so bright it almost looked like fire. Not to be confused with a fireball, it was NOT spherical, it was triangular.

Two bright orange lights above the local prison, possibly disappeared into low cloud cover. Lights appeared to be the shape of a visible planet, but orange and below the cloud cover. No stars visible, the lights were not red green or yellow, but orange.

I was eastbound on I-94 in Black River Falls, WI, approximately 9:30pm, the sky was clear when lights in the sky caught my attention. As I looked up I could see 5 yellowish lights in a perfect line just hovering there. All of a sudden they started going out one by one. As I continued to look up, one started to flicker like it was trying to come back on and finally it did, along with the other four also came back on one at a time!! They stayed lite for about 5 to 10 seconds before all going out at once!!! This reminded me of the Phoenix lights but maybe not as big!!

4-20-19 about 10:00 pm - I was in the Black River Falls area - heavily wooded - out watching stars and witnessed something that looked like a star to the west - but after watching it for several minutes, realized there were multiple colors circling around. It was a circular object which hovered and moved diagonally, up and down. My son also thought it was emitting beams which could faintly be seen when the clouds were thinly moving through. I thought at first maybe it was a helicopter or a drone but realized where we were and how large of an object this would have had to be to be seen at this distance. Plus there was no noise evidence of a helicopter that might have echoed through the hilly area. At least two adults and my teenage son witnessed this for about an hour. Possible sighting of a "twinkling" star? PD

Several reddish-orange lights in a near figure 8 formation appeared in the south eastern sky for approximately 2-3 minutes, before going out of sight.

At first there were lights in the air think it was a air plane but then I saw 2 more in a triangle formation moving over the head of my cousins and I but it was silent and it looked like the lights were in a square light.
