At first it looks like a star but once you look more closely you can tell it is at about airplane level when I recorded it and enlarged the video, you can clearly see this thing spinning really fast. Looks like a ball of energy. But has black circles on it

Small bright speck of light about the same size of a star light flashing streaking through the sky stopping doing a erratic circle then shooting back towards where it came from a Nother a Radick circle then shooting off and light dimming and gone
