The report, as filed
On the evening of Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017, I was coming off my exit on Rt. 33 North (Lehighton exit) and as I was driving home on Rt. 209 north I looked up to see a very very bright light not moving -- thought it was a bright star since it seemed there were two bright stars next to each other but this one was much brighter, as I was trying to decipher what it actually was (cause it wasn't moving) I looked to see where the moon was and it was on the opposite side of the bright light so I narrowed it down that it wasn't the moon and it wasn't a plane since it wasn't moving. As I was staring at it since it was so bright it started to move in a dip or roll way so I saw that it was a "fat triangle" with three rounded tips to the triangle not severe points and at each rounded point of the triangle were sets of lights in a large circle with smaller partitions in the main round circle of light (each one of these large circle of lights were at each rounded point of the triangle). This thing still did not move but just dipped one way and stayed a few seconds that way then went back to the original way it was. At this point I had to keep going on the road so I don't know what happened after that.
