The report, as filed
Driving on I-70 eastbound, from Hays, to the left ahead was a line of red and white blinking lights. They didn’t stay in a line either. Some would go in front and above the others, but for the most part moving northwest in a line. I exited the highway and took a dirt road, Pfeifer Ave. North. At that time they were right in front of me. I stopped the car to get out and film. Then they changed formation and moved very quickly northeast. At that time, they were north of Hays, far away from me, moving in a diagonal line. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
