The report, as filed
I was out walking my dog and happened to look straight up at the clear night sky and witnessed 2 white star-like objects moving slowy toward the ESE. The best way to describe these is that they resembled two large stars the size and brightness of Venus. After about 2 minutes the first object suddenly dimmed out and disappeared, followed 10 seconds later by the 2nd object dimming out and vanishing as well.

While watering flowers in the evening, I saw an object high in the sky which was motionless. The object was black and did not seem to Rachel advertise the sky as a plane would. I was able to get out my phone and tak. e many pictures before the object disappeared. Upon scrutinizing the photos later it seems that it was not an object but a hole in the sky which constantly changed shape.

Witness walked out of the house and just looked up, and there saw the "lights" rotating. Was leaving and thought maybe they were someone's Christmas display. Thought it would be visible later, but when witness returned from playing a basketball game at about 9:20 pm, looking in the now clear sky there were no lights.

Stratford, Connecticut. July 3, 2018 between 10pm and 10:20pm. While watching fireworks at Short Beach, we observed a red ball-shaped object pass overhead towards the south west..and then again coming from the northwest heading southwest. There were no flashing strobes to indicate it was any kind of known aircraft.
