The report, as filed
red fire ball like light hovering around the south end of town in the direction of the local campground locates along Lake Champlain, the object in question appeared in the matter of seconds gliding along the sky then hovered for at least 6 minutes before darting down ward and back upward again before shooting to the Vermont side of the lake and disappearing. Its color was a brilliant red and was a perfect sphere. Witness indicates that the date of the event is approximate. PD
