The report, as filed
While closing blinds in north window, noted a grouping of clear lights in sky above neighbor’s roofline. The configuration was sort of plane-like, in that it appeared elongated. Lights were numerous, not like those on an aircraft. They (lights) appeared small but could have been that object was further away than I thought. It hovered in place for maybe 3 minutes then very slowly moved off to the southwest. Tried to pick it up from a west window, but had lost track of it. (? Drone ?). I saw a large disk hover silently about 200 feet or so above the ground with light blue lights on the underside. It was much larger than a plane and a perfect circle shape. It was a very clear night. I have never seen a UFO before and it was very interesting. I felt frozen. However, as soon as I saw it and when I could no longer see it I could move again. There was a dark haze around the disk. My dogs didn't seem to notice anything. I checked the clock after regaining movement ability and found that the time was an hour ahead, as the time when I went outside was 11:30 pm and the time after the sighting was 12:30 am.

On Feb. 23, 2017, at about 6:00 pm, I went out my back door and after the ice/snow storm the trees were gleaming in the sunset and It was beautiful and I wanted a photo. I took 12 photos within seconds of each other trying to capture the sunset scene. When I looked at the photos later I discovered one with a great pink orb with a bright light in the middle. I also found 3 other photos with the bright light/orb and it was moving. When I zoomed in best I can on my laptop, it appears that the bright orb is solid unlike the plasma orbs which you can see through. I have had many sightings but this was the first photos. I would love to know what you think and any additional information would be welcomed! Thank you!
