The report, as filed
I sighted a disk shaped object making a large rumbling sound, before disappearing. My neighbor had seen the craft late the previous night. Her cat freaked out and ran away. My pets seemed less energetic. I was not able to snap a photo of the object. The craft had a light blue circle on its underside that glowed before it disappeared. No beings or entities were seen. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
