Canadian military and radar records answer to the Access to Information Act; historic UFO files are held by Library and Archives Canada. Looking to the sky I see a black form moving slowly across the sky. The form have many redish lights quiet visible from the ground. (Bright than plane lights). It was quiet low to the ground but still a few apartment buildings in the air. The shape was like a badly written Uppercase L, the bottom of the L was angled downwards a bit like an heronian angle. The form itself was pretty big and also made no sound. I did try to follow it, but couldn't find it after it went behind some trees.

((ADDENDUM #1 FROM WITNESS)) Not sure. The object flew over a school. There were workmen working on the roof. I was out walking my dogs in the school field. This object looked like a plane, but not one I've ever seen before. There were no markings no lights, it was large and dark beige in colour, twin tail. It might of been flying around 300 feet. The real odd thing it didn't make any noise and it had 2 props. Also it was heading in a west direction then pulled a 45 degree turn with out banking, (like driving a car) and headed south I watched it for about 2 minutes, and it disappeared. I've never seen a plane like this before. The other odd thing it was flying very slow. It should have crashed at the speed it was going. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I wish I had a camera with me at the time. I think it flew over the school to see what was going on there. They have been doing some upgades and repairs to the school for the last 3 months. Some of the workmen on the roof might off seen it, if they had looked up, but when you are working on a roof, you are usually looking down, and since it made no noise, they might of not noticed it up there. ((END ADDENDUM #1)) ((BEGIN ADDENDUM #2)) Just so you know I was a ((deleted--public employee)) for over 32 years and was a ((deleted--senior public servant)) for the last 17 years of my career. I don't make things up. I just felt that this was so strange I had to report it. I don't know about your site; discovered it my accident. I was just looking to see if anyone else saw it. Mid-September 2014, 1-2:00am St. Albert, Alberta Approximately 30 feet above tops of street lights, perhaps 70-75 feet above ground, a small explosion with associated popping sound. Sound was very soft popping sound. The ambient sound prior was very quiet because time of night. This allowed me to hear and see just at the right time ( I was unable to sleep and smoking on the balcony). Circle of light green colour similar to northern lights green followed explosion and lasted about 3-5 seconds. Circle was quite round and appeared to be approx. one meter in diameter. Colour dissipated downwards over the 3-5 seconds. Reminded me of popping spores I have seen on documentary.
