The report, as filed
Appears as a light like a satellite, them starts glowing very bright. Them brightness dimmed and appears like a satellite again them it change directions slightly to the south. It was heading North. It disappear over a building. Saw this thing twice in different nights apart. The above mentioned was the second time. On the first time it did the same thing but near an airliner at approx. 30,000' height from west to east. The airliner was traveling alone as it appeared in flightradar24.com (I went to see it there) Came outside again saw the airliner but the object was gone. Couldn't see it anymore. That was around 2:00 am. Witness indicates that the date of the event is approximate. PD
