Circle over Tillicum Campground, OR
A witness account on file, unevaluated. Most of the archive rests here, and honestly so.
The report, as filed
Saw what looked like maybe satellites in the sky. One was coming from the north towards 7 o'clock, the other was coming from the east. They were flying at a decent speed about what satellites travel. At first I thought they were going to collide. It was that close. The one from the north coming downward cut in front of the one coming from the east. Then the one from the east no joke started trailing the one coming from the north. Then the one from the north went super fast back up then stopped. The one from the east started chasing the north super fast. Faster than anything I've ever seen. Then they disappeared. Is Elon Musk or NASA working on aircraft that can do that and stop super fast like that?? Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD
Held as-reported from National UFO Reporting Center (record NUFORC #135911). Witness text is preserved verbatim, including its spelling; nothing is edited beyond formatting.
Ask for the records
What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.
