About as long as 3 City Buses end to end; Silver/Light Blue. No windows, or doors; No sound, at all . Hovered about 400 to 500 feet above the ground about 1/8 th mile from me. In the blink of an eye it sped off diagonaly to the west at extreme rate of speed. Witness does not indicate a time of the sighting, and provides no contact information. We have no means of contacting him/her. PD
