The report, as filed
August 21, 2017, on August 21, 2017, at approximately 3:10pm, during the Eclipse, I saw what looked to be UFO in nature. I was watching the eclipse, the moon was almost completely done with covering the sun. As I was watching the last of the eclipse, I noted, and so did my husband, a usually odd shape flying what looked like in between the Moon and Sun. It was long in shape and looked to have wings. It looked like it was going extremely fast and I only saw it for a few seconds, if that. It looked black in color and was long and thin and looked like it had wings. Both me and my husband saw it at the same time.

Pie pan shaped object changed shape Sunday afternoon over our house in Barboursville WV approximately 4 pm. We watched this object over our heads for about 3 short minutes before it disappeared flying straight up out of sight.

I was jogging at a local park after dark and saw two objects moving slowing towards each other. I thought they were planes but it was odd. They made no sound. Both objects got closer and appeared to mere then a blue flash to the ground and there was nothing there. The flash seemed to hit something over a mountain because there was a flash. ((ADDENDUM FROM WITNESS)) Hi Peter, I saw the objects about 15 minutes but what’s weird is that after the flash is stopped and the next thing I know is that my watch timer went off indicating 40 minutes lapsed @ 8 minute mile. I only went 3 miles so I don’t think the objects for 25 minutes stationary? There were other people that had have seen what I saw as well. I thought the objects collided in mid air but there’s nothing on the news about a mid air collision. ((name deleted)) ((END ADDENDUM))

We (my wife and I) were watching the Solar Eclipse and noticed a black streak that appeared to originate between the sun and moon. This streak moved from the bottom of the sun to the moon and disappear. I asked my wife just after I saw the event with viewing glasses if she had seen the event, too. She confirmed what I had saw. This object appeared moved rapidly but was noticeable. The object seemed to have wings, or something protruding on each side, and was elongated.

I was driving and we were on our way back from Bowen's Ridge Church near Huntington, and I saw 6 golden colored lights on the horizon to our left and pointed it out to the others. The lights looked like they were in a lop sided diamond shape and they went over the road from left to right of us. As we got beside they were above West Pea Ridge Barboursville beside exit 15 off 64. They were golden colored bright and spreading out moving up and down and just hovering about 500 to 1000 yards diagonally to us in the sky. By the time we pulled off the highway they were behind the trees. We went to the exit 18 turned around went back and they were gone.

We noticed an orange triangular shaped light hover in the sky over our campsite at Beechfork State Park campground. It did not make any noise. We have no idea how long it had been there. After we spotted it, it lingered for about 4 minutes and slowly moved across the sky. We watched it move away for approximately another 6 minutes. A white round object flew across the sky and met it in the air. Together, they disappeared. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides no contact information. PD

4 fireballs seen about 60 seconds a piece they were reddish orange and was about 4 or 5 mins apart .
