The report, as filed
I was driving home from work, when I saw two very bright orange lights. They weren't flashing, but seemed to be pulsing. They were stationary. I captured them on a rough video, and then one of them dimmed to a star like brightness, but they seemed to be low and under the clouds. We do have a lot of bases around here, but my fiancé and I have been seeing a lot of action in the sky. Recently, we keep seeing star-like moving objects that get extremely bright and then fade into nothing. Possible ISS? I showed my fiancé the video and he thought they were bizarre, but said maybe it was drones. Definitely very bizarre sighting.

It was in my back yard it looked like a silver balloon at first but it was moving to fast. I went in my house to get my wife to show her. There was a jet plane fling by this thing was going faster than the plane it was flying west and then zoomed out of sight in a second.

Was driving south on RT 95 in Maryland. The craft was in view for about 20 miles, hovering at about 500' overhead. Since the craft was near the US Army Aberdeen testing ground, it may be a test space program vehicle. The craft was about 30'-50' high and 100' long, with a whale-like shape (rounded front to back, higher at back, flat bottom, dipping in middle.) The color was brilliant white. There was a very large, round, bright light aglow in the middle, bottom. It made no sound.
