The report, as filed
As I'm staring at it, it starts pulsating, and I immediately fumble for my phone so I can try and record and take pictures. Which didn't turn out as great as I hoped. But then the singular ball breaks off into the 4 balls shown in the picture and continuous break down into more faint balls. A total of 9, I believe? But then became more faint as they broke down. Until eventually it become a glowing mist blob that dissipated. Was truly a breathtaking experience. The one picture turned out better than I had expected. And is beautiful but confusing at the same time. You can see the outline of the colors and in the last few the glowing mist I was talking about. Idk what to make of this. Getting up to use bathroom late night/early a.m. looked out of bathroom window to note a slow moving bright pulsating orange ball of light moving soundlessly over the city heading northwest.

It probably inside UFO. I was trying to follow it. Ofc with crisis happening around the world it safe to report. It was between NGC1976 and Orion’s Belt. Not hoax but not sure how to report. Feels like spy plane

The object appeared to be pulsating. Slightly traveling to the left however not noticible in the video. When the motion sensor lights came on and the camera had a flash the object darted out of sight.

Southern sky, slightly east about 11 o'clock. Noticed wavering light within a small area in the sky that looked like wavy light or an aura. With binoculars saw what appeared to be one circular light followed by 3 circular lights and a red flashing light to the right side. The sequence repeated over and over. The object did not move in any direction; it was static except for what appeared to be a slight left to right motion like a wavering. It was visible until the sky began to lighten.

I have a 20/20 eye sight. It was flying from west to north. I thought it was a slow meteor or comet or ISS. It’s hard to say if chevron or a slant shape from left top to bottom right but blurry or weak ray of lights or beams. It may have been slow due to being far away or going north of me. It was weird. No flashy blinks lights like airplanes. Witness elects to remain totally anonymous; provides little contact information. PD
