What would the paper say?
For a dated, located U.S. sighting, FAA radar data and ATC communications are the records most likely to exist. Through Aletheca, the house instrument, anyone can commission the request — filed, chased, and published in the open, refusals included. The draft goes over already written: the records sought, and the date window they would live in.

My boyfriend and I were up early this morning and as we were watching the sky, this circle shaped object and red objects darted across the sky. Since EAA is starting down here I just blew it off like it was something they were experimenting with. But as we sat snd watched the more interesting i thought it was snd began recording. Mind you I have an iPhone 11 so video quality isn’t exactly top notch. There were 100s if not 1009s of these things! It was early morning sky just before dawn so it’s still pretty dark out.

During the early morning hours, I was outside on my patio. At first I noticed red lights in the sky flying around which would leave a tail behind them. Some were just sitting there - others were zipping around really fast. i called to my boyfriend who also witnessed these lights and I went to get my phone so I could record what we were seeing. Honestly, to me I thought that it was a bunch of drones. When the red lights disappeared (almost like they faded into the sky) , in the first video, something just zipped across the sky - extremely fast. The second video is when we saw the orb. It wasn't close - but it morphed into something like it was spinning and had red and blue lights.

It was very dark, I was driving home to Appleton from the city of Oshkosh. When I was about halfway home on the highway, near Oshkosh, a bright light about the size of a dime appeared very high in the sky and dropped rapidly before the light faded. My heart started racing because my mind almost thought it was a far away plane that was crashing, but the light disappeared before it could have hit the ground. Could not have been a firework as it originated very high in the sky and dropped. There were also no visible stars on this particular night from where I was in the city.

Bright sunny day. No clouds. I was driving through a group of three connected traffic circles which cross over State Highway 41. Heavy lunch time traffic in front of and behind me. I could see the low flying object in my periphery in the upper left corner of me windshield. I glanced at it briefly thinking it was a slow, low flying airplane or helicopter from the near by hospital. I could see it was light colored and TicTac shaped. It drifted slowly to the right (south). I began trying to keep my eyes on the object while I was driving. The object appeared to be disguised as a bright cloud in the sunlight however, sparkles of sun reflection (or just very bright light) were glinting through the "cloud" covering. In about 5 seconds, the time it took to drive half through all three traffic circles, The object appeared to be shrinking. I quickly realized it was not shrinking, rather it was flying away at an unbelievable rate of speed at a very steep angl! e, maybe 75 degrees. It took the object less than a second to go from hovering over the west shoreline of Lake Winnebago, maybe 250 feet off the ground, to disappearing up into the blue sky with a sound. The object did not appear to pick up or gain speed, speed was instantaneous from start. Again, this occurred on a bright, cloudless winter day in the middle of city lunch hour traffic. I could not have been the only person to have seen this.
