My son and I were playing catch in the backyard when my 8 year old son said, "Look, what is that in the air." At first, I thought it was a piece of thrash flying around, but after a long look it was something flying under some kind of control. Then I thought it might've been a drone because of the small size. But after seeing it keep on going in a straight line I had other opinions. Drones hover. This thing flew straight and fast and we finally lost sight of it,once it went into the rain clouds. Soon after we started to hear jet aircraft noise but we could not see any aircraft. It was not cylindrical but had an arrow like head with a tail like extension. I have never seen anything like it. We are still wondering about it a few hours afterwards.

It all started when I received a call from my vrother and my little princess was asleep so i went outside to answer the call. A few steps out the door and I do my normal routine, that is is to look up into the night sky.. and when doing so i see a bright light start off very bright, brighter then your normal airplane nights. It started from lower part of the sky and went on up towards the upper right sky it continued on up and it became smaller and smaller till it reached as if it got as high as a star.. then no more then 3 sec. later, a airplane passed by at a way lower altitude.. trusty me I've seen plenty during the night..and I'm aware of airplanes, drones, balloons with lights, satellites.

A Cecile object came streaking across the NE sky of the San Fernando, sylmar nik base mountains headed north, and gave a bright flash, and faded off as a solid object continuing north. We spoke with the witness via telephone, in order to confirm the time, and in order to determine what a "Cecile object" is, and he was not very helpful. We still do not know what a "Cecile object" is. We cannot certify that this is a sincere report. PD
