The report, as filed
On hwy 13 westbound heading towards 77, I saw a bright light in the sky far away and high up in the west sky. It remained much brighter than an airplane and was against the sunlight. The light became very intense for about 1.5 seconds and went back to just bright. I thought perhaps it was a meteorite entering the atmosphere but then the object seemed to maneuver around through the clouds (far distance away). The object stopped being bright for several seconds and looked simply dark. There was another object near the first objects location, both moving around very quickly and far away from my location (possibly several miles), both identical in appearance but not in sync. When the first object reached maximum brightness, my heart dropped, this looked like nothing ever seen before and its movements felt playful in nature, as it maneuvered through the clouds. There was a sphere spinning and changing colors in the north sky. It hovered for at least 30 minutes.

In car at 9:30am and close to where highways 494 and 35E intersect, there was a oval light, looked like the shape of a lamp post light, that was moving around up, down diagonally, in a small area. Then it stopped and stood still until I couldn't see it getting on my exit. It was a pretty sunny, partly cloudy day and the object was not obstructed by clouds. The area frequently has air planes but it is close to a national airport so they are pretty close to the ground and would not be mistaken for a light like this.

My daughter and I were arriving home for the evening. In the northwest sky above our block we saw a large circle of individual lights shining through heavy cloud cover. The lights seemed to be from one large source. The lights were bright and cast at an angle through the clouds. As we watched, the lights simply faded away leaving the impression of a large circle in the clouds. My daughter is 14, I am 45.

Out walking my dog, randomly looked up and saw what I first thought to be a low flying satellite..then the bright light moved in a staggered line, and was soon joined by a second equally bright object. The initial light became stationary, while the second light went back the direction it appeared from.
