The report, as filed
We were driving south on route 1 just north of Milford, DE, about 15 miles south of the Dover Air Force , and we noticed 2 white lights with a red light in the center that was stationary. At first we thought it was a tower but as we got closer we could see it was low and the shape was circular in the middle with 2 wings on the sides giving it a triangular shape. It was hovering over a farm. After we past it it quickly passed over to the northbound side of route 1 and continued west until we lost sight. It was completely quiet as it hovered and moved.

I was heading north through the town of Milford noticed a flashing light out of the corner of Mayeye turned and look to the left to see some kind of aircraft banking left but flying parallel to the road after watching it for 10 to 15 seconds it started to level out and head north west and I realized I should be taking a picture or video so by the time I got my phone out begin to record it I have moved a mile or so from me was still able to get a fairly clear footage of the aircraft. It went northwest for about 30 seconds then northeast until it crossed the road that it was running parallel with previously and then headed to North and disappeared from vision within 15 seconds. When I first saw the aircraft it couldn’t of been more than just a few thousand feet above the ground and it resembled a quad copter or drone but roughly the size of a C5 military aircraft I live near an air base and see them all the time landing and taking off so I’m very familiar with! the size given altitude at which they are traveling. Also there was no sound at all coming from the aircraft and as close as it was I would’ve been able to hear some type of engine running was not able to make visual contact on rotors or anything rotating to keep it in-flight.

I noticed an oval shape black in color looked like a hot air balloon without the basket. It was hovering in the air far above any trees i drove a little closer in my car as I was approximately 2 miles from site then simply vanished with a blink of an eye. My 2 son's and 4 neighbors witnessed 40 plus glowing and pulsating orange lights flying from east to west. Some were in a "V" formation, and others were in a straight line. Some disappeared and other didn't. They didn't make any noise as they went by.

Bright orange orb traveled from south to north, just above tree tops over McColley st/Marshal St. area, then traveled east towards Slaughter Beach area, then disappeared as it ascended.
