The report, as filed
I posted twice before (below). Since this is the third time, I can say that all three nights were cloudy or partly cloudy. The exact same pattern occurred all three times: four round (yet irregular) objects would move in a circle, traveling only clockwise this time, and then converging in the center. My daughter looked up during our walk and spotted them. We did wonder if we'd see them again, as as we saw them in 2014 and 2015. The are not spotlights. There was no beam connected to them. Furthermore, we are in an area that's considered semi-rural. So the sky is wide and open. Please read the descriptions connected to the posts below. In October 2015, another witness saw the same lights. The poster is located in Dayton, MD, which isn't too far from Brinklow. I was taking an evening walk around 7:15 pm and for some reason, I looked up at the sky. I saw four oval to rectangular-shaped objects in the sky that were moving counter-clockwise, coming together and then splitting apart. My son saw two more in another part of the sky. They were moving in a circle and then meeting up. This went on for about 2 hours, until they faded. I believe they're still there, but too light to see. They were - at one point - very bright in the sky, and today was partly cloudy. It even sprinkled around 8 pm. I reported the same thing about about year or two ago. I tried to take a picture and video, but nothing came through.

coming home around midnight, witnessed two irregularly shaped lights flying low in the sky - They appeared to be chasing each other. I know they weren't spotlights, as spotlights have beams. They weren't search lights either b/c there was no sound - no helicopter, for example. It was completely silent. These were square -or rectangular-shaped objects (irregular) moving clockwise at a medium pace. Sometimes they would come together and then come apart. My husband and daughter saw them. I tried to videotape them, but the sky was too black.
