The report, as filed
As I was looking out my back porch window after letting my dog outside, I noticed 2 lights in the sky resembling a tear drop shape. One of which was a cold blue color and the other was a ruby red color. I noticed that they were flying rather slowly, almost just hovering in the air. I had a feeling that they were not airplanes or helicopters, as they were merely just circling each other. I went to take my phone out to take a photograph, and just as I did that, the UFO's flew very quickly straight up in the air, and then off into the distance at an incredible speed. I have also noticed over the past two years two scars appearing on my inner thighs, one about a year ago, and one more recently. I cannot account for how either one got on my legs, nor can I remember ever getting them, as I noticed them and they seemed fully healed. One of which is larger than the newer one, and I absolutely without a doubt can say that there is nothing which I can account for which would cause these fully healed scars to appear in what seems like overnight.

The Tear drop object was moving along at a steady slower speed from one point to the another than took off extremity fast from a left position heading upwards in a slant through the clouds than could not be seen. I could tell the shape due to the bluish green hue tail of light behind it giving off enough light to show its silhouette. Like nothing I’ve seen before.

I went to take my dog out and I noticed how bright this was, I got out my phone and took pictures. When I zoomed it it had a greenish smoky ring around it with an orangish circle in the center. I went back inside about 10-15 minutes later to get my fiance and when we came out it was no longer visible. I have photos.

Me and my nephew and my son witnessed for glowing red orbs moving at a high rate of speed through a clear night sky. The brightest one maintained its form for 3 to 4 minutes as it moved west to east. Two others moving at a high rate of speed following the same trajectory blinked in and out. There was not a cloud in the sky. The fourth glowing red ball was flying directly towards us and made a dramatic 90° angle turn.While we continue to witness these glowing red balls moving away from us something flashed bright above our heads and blinked out again. The whole event lasted at least four minutes. We took some video on our phones but the resolution isn’t very good.

The light appeared to be hovering in the sky. Seemed to be in one place too long and too bright to be a plane. Possibly a helicopter yet there was no flashing lights seen around it. It appeared in the north west sky not too high off the horizon. At first I thought it was the ISS. But a Google search confirms the ISS was south of the equator near Africa. As I went closer to window it appeared to be making small circles in the sky. It then slowly moved down toward the northern horizon and fell below the trees.

I live on the 6th floor of apt. building & have an unobstructed view of the tree line & above & I usually see planes in the sky during day & night going to and from the airports around where I live in a Northwest direction. On this particular night I noticed 2 bright lights in the sky over near an airforce base. They were next to each other hovering but one was a little bit higher than other but they werent blinking like an airplane or jet would. I grabbed my phone & started recording..after about 15 seconds one blinked out but not totally..I saw a teeny but of light left as it moved horizontally across the sky then the 2nd lighr totally disappeared. There was no sound. I thought might be drones but after looking at the videos & a screenshot from the video I'm not so sure. I emailed a copy of the videos & screenshot. (My hand got a little shakey sorry.)
